Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns must be initiated within this period.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
  • We do not accept returns for final sale items, personalized products, underwear, swimwear, or opened beauty products.

No Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
